We know you’re busy, and a smooth start to the school year is at the top of every parent’s wish list! To help things run a little easier, we’ve put together this quick guide with answers to some of the most common questions we get from parents like you.
Communication
The best way for us to connect is one-on-one, but we know your schedules are packed. That’s why your child’s teacher will send you emails to keep you in the loop. If you ever have a concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Class Times and Arrival
Our class schedules are designed for flexibility. Please note the drop-off times and locations for each program.
- 3-day Preschool: M-W-F, 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- 2-day Preschool: T-Th, 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Pre-K: M-T-W-Th, 8:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
The back doors open for class drop-offs at 8:10 a.m. However, full-day students attending before class must use the front doors. Please make sure you sign in every day!
Dismissals
Dismissal procedures vary by class to ensure a safe and smooth pickup process for all.
- 2-day & 3-day Classes: A caregiver must enter the building to pick up their child. Please do not use the car line for these pickups.
- Pre-K Class: Pickup starts at 11:45 a.m. You can use the back doors for car line pickup or come inside to get your child. If you’re using the car line, please be sure to display the name card you received at open house.
Snacks & Meals
We provide all snacks and meals for our students. If your child has an allergy, please let Ms. Denise or your child’s teacher know right away.
Clothing
Our days are filled with messy fun! Please dress your child in play clothes and avoid sandals or flip-flops. We want them to be comfortable and ready to explore without any restrictions.
Illness and Medication
To keep all our children healthy, please keep your child home if they are sick. They can return once they have been fever-free for 24 hours and show no signs of illness. If a doctor has seen your child, please provide a doctor’s note with the return date.
If your child needs medication during the day, it must be in its original container and include the following:
- Prescription name and number
- Doctor’s name
- Child’s name
- Dosage, time, and amount to be given
